Utility Kit is the Harsh Noise System’s tool for modulation and signal replication.

It generates slow, chaotic, non-repeating, and non-random control voltages—Very useful for creating harsh noise walls with subtle movement.

To increase its speed, use an LFO to tame its chaotic motion.
